Official description of the call

EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR CARRYING OUT CHIMNEY CLEANING. Mayor's Resolution 29/2026 dated February 12, 2026, which calls for subsidies to carry out chimney cleaning of buildings located in the Municipal District of Arratzua-Ubarrundia, through the non-competitive competition procedure. Call 2026. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. - Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will be natural or legal persons, owners or usufructuaries of buildings whose use is legalized, located in the municipality of Arratzua-Ubarrundia, who, having cleaned the chimney within the period referred to in the call, formalize the corresponding request. Second. - Purpose The purpose of the call is to promote periodic maintenance in the cleaning of the chimneys of the buildings located in the municipality that have this element and whose use is legalized, as well as to regulate the procedure for granting by the Arratzua-Ubarrundia City Council, within its jurisdiction, a subsidy for part of the cost of carrying it out. Only one building per owner per year will be subsidized. Only one chimney cleaning of a building will be subsidized every two years. Expenses derived from carrying out chimney cleaning by an authorized company, which were carried out between November 14, 2025 and November 14, 2026, for which no subsidy had been requested, will be eligible for subsidies. Third. - Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies were modified in a Plenary Session on October 26, 2020 and published in BOTHA No. 2/2021 of January 8. Room. - Amount of aid. The subsidy will reach up to 70 percent of the budget of the protectable action with a maximum limit of 50 euros. The maximum limit will not be applicable in the event that the appropriate awards have been made and the budget item is not exhausted. In this case, the remaining amount will be distributed proportionally among the applications that meet all the requirements, always without exceeding 90 percent of the cost. On the contrary, if the credit allocated is insufficient to meet all the applications submitted, the amount of the subsidy will be reduced proportionally to be able to meet them all. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as Annex to the bases, providing the documentation required therein, ending the submission period on November 15, 2026. Sixth. - Documents to attach to the application: Standard subsidy application, duly completed, according to the model in Annex I of the bases. Copy of the invoice issued by the company specializing in chimney cleaning, which carried out the cleaning, as well as proof of payment for it. Entity and IBAN of the account into which you want the deposit to be made, indicating the owner if it is different from the beneficiary of the subsidy. Electronically signed document
