SUBSIDIES FROM THE EDUCATION AREA OF THE SANTA COLOMA DE FARNERS CITY COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL CENTERS AND AFA (YEAR 2026)

Official description of the call

First. - Object The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies from the Education Area, on a competitive basis, aimed at educational centers and student family associations (AFA) for the year 2026. The call is governed by the specific bases that regulate it, by the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City Council and by what is established by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Second. - Subsidy lines and budget allocation The budget allocation planned for the 2026 financial year charged to application 2026.17.3200.48003 is as follows: The subsidies are divided into two lines: • Line 1: aimed at early childhood (2nd cycle) and primary education centers, and compulsory secondary education (ESO). → Maximum total allocation: 12,500 euros • Line 2: aimed at student family associations (AFA) of early childhood education centers (1st cycle), early childhood education (2nd cycle) and primary school, and ESO. → Maximum total amount: 16,700 euros The individual amounts to be awarded will be determined proportionally among the admitted applicants, according to the criteria established in the bases, taking into account the score obtained, and applying the minimum and maximum amount limits established by this call: • Line 1: aimed at early childhood (2nd cycle) and primary education centers, and compulsory secondary education (ESO). → Minimum amount limit per center: 2,800 euros → Maximum amount limit per center: 4,000 euros • Line 2: aimed at student family associations (AFA) of early childhood education (1st cycle), early childhood education (2nd cycle) and primary, and ESO centers. → Minimum amount limit per AFA: 1,500 euros → Maximum amount limit per AFA: 4,000 euros Third. - Requirements and beneficiaries The following centers and entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they have a non-profit legal nature, belong to the municipality of Santa Coloma de Farners and meet the following requirements at the time of submitting the application: a) Educational centers: Early childhood (2nd cycle) and primary education centers, and ESO centers of Santa Coloma de Farners that meet: • Be centers authorized by the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia. • Not be in any situation that prevents obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies according to article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies. • Have sufficient means and capacity to carry out the projects covered by the subsidy and meet the planned objectives. b) Student Family Associations (AFA): The AFA of the early childhood education centers (1st cycle), early childhood education (2nd cycle) and primary, and ESO of Santa Coloma de Farners that comply: • Be a non-profit entity, legally constituted, registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Santa Coloma de Farners, with updated data. • Not be in any situation that prevents obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies according to article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies. • Have sufficient means and capacity to develop the projects and achieve the planned objectives. The concurrence of these requirements must be proven at the time of submitting the application through the documentation indicated. If any of the indicated circumstances cannot be proven, it may be proven by submitting a responsible declaration to the granting body of the subsidy, according to the standardized model in Annex 2. Fourth. - Deadline and submission of applications The deadline for submitting applications is 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be submitted through the general registry of the City Council or the electronic headquarters, using the standard models available and accompanied by the documentation indicated in article 10 of the bases. Fifth. - Procedure, resolution and payment The applications will be evaluated by an evaluation commission, according to the criteria detailed in the bases.
