RESOLUTION of April 23, 2026, of the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Commerce, approving the call, through the non-competitive competition procedure, for the granting of subsidies for SMEs 2026.

Official description of the call

BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/895245). Beneficiaries SMEs, companies and self-employed persons whose headquarters or production establishment is located in the Valencian Community at the time the aid becomes effective. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to establish the procedure for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, in the form of capital subsidies, for investment in the execution of technological, sustainable, social and intelligent innovation projects, which promote the integration of digital enabling technologies in SMEs included in the definition contained in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the European Commission, whose registered office or production establishment is located within the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of July 9, 2025, of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Commerce and Tourism approving the regulatory bases of the non-competitive competition procedure for the granting of subsidies for the financing of innovation projects that promote the integration of digital enabling technologies in SMEs, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union, NextGenerationEU. Room. Budget allocation The aid called will be financed from Chapter VII of the Generalitat's expenditure budget for the year 2026, subsidy line S2000 and budget allocation of 781,037.15 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications The deadline for submission of applications will be 15 calendar days and will begin from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data 1. Applications: the application and the accompanying documentation will be submitted exclusively electronically, through the electronic signature of the requesting entity or the person representing it. For the purposes of participation in this call, it is considered that the very subscription of the electronic submission request by the requesting entities or by the people who represent them implies the capacity to act necessary to: request the aid, allow access to the autonomous interoperability platform, designate the bank account where the subsidy will be transferred, if applicable, and assume the declarations responsible for non-concurrence of legal cause to obtain the status of beneficiary (art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies). 2. Documentation to be submitted with the application: that provided for in the eleventh resolution of the call. 3. Evaluation criteria: the aid will be granted on a non-competitive basis, in accordance with the evaluation criteria detailed in the eighth resolution of the call. 4. Form of justification: the justification of the supported action must be carried out in accordance with the subsidized project and the terms established in the tenth resolution of the call.
