Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Persons of legal age may be beneficiaries of the aid, charged to the current budgetary year, either individually or as part of family or cohabitation units who, at the time of submission of the corresponding application, and during the eligible period, meet the requirements established in this regulation. Those who are victims of gender violence are exempt from being registered or from being registered for the entire duration of the eligible activity. Second. Object. The purpose of this document is to approve the regulatory bases that must govern aid for housing rental in order to facilitate access to rental housing for people in the municipality of Zuia, so that they can exercise their right to decent housing. The aid will be granted on a competitive basis and in execution of the provisions of the strategic plan of the Zuia City Council. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this subsidy were approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on April 16, 2026 and will be published in the BOTHA. Room. Amount. The amount of the subsidy is established based on a percentage of the eligible monthly income, with a maximum limit of an amount of euros/month per application for a maximum period of 12 monthly payments depending on income. To determine the maximum eligible period, the date of the lease contract will be taken into account. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application, along with the following documentation, must be submitted by the deadline of November 30, 2026. Sixth. Other data.
