Aids adapted vehicles for people with reduced mobility

Official description of the call

BDNS (ident.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 28/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio) and on the portal of the Community of Madrid (https://www.comunidad.madrid). First Beneficiaries The natural or legal persons who, on the date of the aid application, are holders of: a) An authorization for rental vehicles with adapted drivers domiciled in the Community of Madrid, may be considered beneficiaries. b) An adapted autotaxi license domiciled in a municipality in the Community of Madrid. Beneficiaries must meet the following specific requirements: a) Be registered on a reservation platform that allows accreditation of the number of trips intended for the transfer of people with reduced mobility that the applicant makes during the eligible period. b) Make a minimum of 200 trips for the transfer of people with reduced mobility during the eligible period. The eligible period will run from January 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Second Purpose These aids are intended to compensate for the increase in operating costs of transport services for people with reduced mobility in rental vehicles with drivers and adapted taxis. Its concession will be carried out through the simplified competitive bidding procedure. Third Regulatory bases Order of April 7, 2026, of the Ministry of Housing, Transport and Infrastructure, which approves the regulatory bases of aid to compensate for the operating costs of transport services for people with reduced mobility in rental vehicles with drivers and adapted taxis (Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 90, of April 17, 2026). Fourth Amount The total amount allocated to this call is 600,000 euros, financed from the credits contemplated in item 48399 of program 453M of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2026. The amount of the aid will be determined by prorating, among all beneficiaries, the maximum amount allocated to the call, without in any case the resulting amount exceeding the 2,000 euros per beneficiary. Fifth Deadline and form of submission of applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. The applications, as well as the accompanying documentation, must be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid through the access enabled for this purpose on the Internet portal of the Community of Madrid (www.comunidad.madrid), at the electronic address: https://sede.comunidad.madrid/.
