FINANCING OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY ASSOCIATIONS

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities The neighborhood associations, confederations, federations or unions of neighborhood associations and associations of rural women in the province of Pontevedra that are legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding registry and that organize an event in the province of Pontevedra in the year 2026 will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidies. Purpose The purpose of the regular call is the procedure for granting aid for the acquisition of consumable goods necessary for the organization of activities and the provision of services, provided that these are included in the eighth base and are not financed by other lines of subsidy for different services of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra. Likewise, aid is contemplated for the financing of the services necessary to organize or develop said activities or events, aimed at the participating people and promoted by the beneficiary entities in the province of Pontevedra. Third. Legal regime In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies (LGS), and article 4 of the general subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra (OGS), the aid awarded in favor of the beneficiary entities within the framework of this line of aid will have the character of subsidies and will be governed by the following regulations: the LGS, in the basic articles and in its also basic development regulations; the Subsidy Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia and its implementing regulations; the non-basic articles of the LGS and its implementing regulations; local state and regional legislation; the OGS; the Basis of execution of the Budget, especially in the budgetary and accounting aspects; the call and the regulatory bases for these; and the administrative acts issued by the different bodies of the Provincial Council. Room. Amount and budget application The granting of subsidies will be subject to budget availability and will be called under application 2026/942.4590.489.01 of the Provincial Council's Budget for the year 2026, for a total amount of two hundred thousand euros (€200,000). Aid may be granted until the provision provided for in this call is completely exhausted. If the budgetary credit is exhausted, its validity period will be declared over by means of an announcement from the body competent to approve the call, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, and applications submitted subsequently will not be accepted. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of the announcement of these bases in the BOPPO and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and will end on November 30, 2026. Sixth. Form of submission of applications Applications must be submitted at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, https://sede.depo.gal, in accordance with the electronic procedure established for this purpose. They must be accompanied by the documentation required in accordance with the twelfth base. Seventh. Other data • Concession procedure: non-competitive competition, according to the requirements and criteria established in the program's regulatory bases. • Eligible expenses: those included in the eighth base. • Compatibility: yes, except with any aid, sponsorship or program for the same beneficiary entity and the same purpose charged to credits from this Provincial Council and its dependent organizations. • Execution period: from January 1 to December 31, 2026. • Justification period: until January 31, 2027. • Form of justification: by presenting the standardized model for providing supporting documentation, the invoice for the amount of the goods or services of the concession, the proof of payment and the document justifying the advertising and dissemination of the s
