CELEBRATION DATE: August 16, 2026. PLACE: Goián Parish in Tomiño and Villa Nova de Cerveira (Portugal). 1. Object and purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting, on a competitive basis, of the prizes of the "XIV Antonio Fernández Eurocidade Cerveira-Tomiño Outdoor Painting Certame", in accordance with the provisions of the Tenth Additional Provision of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. The purpose of these awards is to encourage, energize and promote artistic creation. 2. Financing and prizes. The maximum total amount allocated to this call amounts to 2,500.00 euros. The prizes financed by the Tomiño City Council will be allocated to budget item 334.226.99, with a maximum endowment of €1,500.00, subject to the availability of adequate and sufficient funds. The distribution of the prizes financed by the City Council will be as follows: • First prize in the open category: €1,200.00. • Three runner-up prizes: €100.00 each. The prizes will be the following: Adult category: 1st Prize: 1,200 euros. 2nd Prize: 500 euros. 3rd Prize: 500 euros. 3 second prize: 100 euros each.
