Official description of the call

1. Purpose These bases are intended to regulate the call for the “+Inclusive Coexistence” program for the year 2026, as well as to establish the procedure and conditions that will govern the granting of subsidies for non-profit social initiative entities that develop inclusive leisure actions in the field of disability and dependency in the province of Pontevedra. 2. Financing, amounts and limits 2.1. The amount planned for this call for subsidies, charged to application 26/231.2311.480.05 of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2026, amounts to one hundred and twenty-five thousand euros (€125,000.00), which represents the maximum obligations that can be acquired under this call. 2.2. The maximum amount of aid will be two thousand five hundred euros (€2,500.00) per entity, until the budgetary credit assigned for this call is exhausted. However, the effective amount awarded may be adjusted during the justification phase based on the expenses actually justified by the requesting entities. The final amount awarded will be determined according to the costs accredited in the documentation presented during the justification, so that the aid may not exceed the amount of 2,500.00 euros nor exceed the justified expenses. 3. Regulatory principles The management and resolution of this procedure will comply with the following principles: a) Advertising, transparency, equality and non-discrimination. b) Efficiency in meeting the objectives set by the granting Administration. c) Efficiency in the allocation of personnel and in the use of public resources. As this is a non-competitive call for grants, applications that meet the requirements of the call will be resolved in the order of priority referred to in the sixteenth base. 4. Compatibility and incompatibility of subsidies The subsidies regulated in this call are compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources intended for the same purpose, coming from any Administration or public or private entity. In no case may the sum of all aid exceed 100% of the cost of the subsidized activity, and the amount awarded will be reduced proportionally, if necessary. For these purposes, as soon as it becomes aware of obtaining other subsidies for the same activity, the beneficiary entity must notify the Provincial Council of Pontevedra and, in that case, the amount of the subsidy will be subject to the corresponding reduction. 5. Beneficiary entities and requirements 5.1. The following entities may apply for this aid: • Social initiative entities that appear in the Single Registry of Entities Providing Social Services (RUEPSS) of the Xunta de Galicia, regulated in Decree 254/2011, of December 23, in the areas of dependency or disability. If the information contained in this record is not updated, the requesting entity must communicate this and provide the necessary information. 5.2. Requirements of beneficiary entities • Have tax domicile, registered office or a permanent delegation in the province of Pontevedra. “Permanent delegation” will be understood as one that has permanent staff of the organization and a fixed location where it carries out its activities. • Be non-profit and have purposes that coincide with the purpose of the subsidy, according to its statutes. • Be up to date with your obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), the Galician Tax Agency (ATRIGA), Social Security and the Provincial Council of Pontevedra. • Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies (LGS), nor be included in the cases of inability or incompatibility to receive public aid or subsidies. 6. Submission of applications and deadline 6.1. Applications and complementary documentation must be submitted electronically through the specific procedure available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, in accordance with the provisions of articles 14.2 and 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations (LPACAP). The representation may be accredited by any legally valid means that leaves a reliable record.
