1. Beneficiary entities Non-profit sports clubs with registered office in the province of Pontevedra, legally constituted and duly registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Galicia, that participate in official competitions specific to their sports discipline or have federative licenses for athletes who participate in official individual competitions, may benefit from the aid regulated in these bases. 2. Purpose These bases are intended to organize the applicable procedure for the call and granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, within the framework of the ProDeporte Plan for the year 2026, with the aim of defraying the expenses derived from investments made by sports entities in the province of Pontevedra that meet the requirements to be beneficiaries. 3. Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases and call for subsidies for the pro-sports equipment plan for the year 2026 (PLAN PRODEPORTE 2026), were approved by the Government Board on July 24, 2026. 4. Financing The amount of this call for aid amounts to one million eight hundred thousand euros (€1,800,000.00), financed with the Provincial Council's own funds at a charge to the Provincial Budget for the year 2026, attributable to application 2026/340.3420.789.01, for real investment expenses. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous section, the possibility of extending the credit is provided for in the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the LGS Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 (RLGS). The amount of this extension will depend on the volume of applications submitted, with a maximum limit of an additional one million eight hundred thousand euros (€1,800,000.00) and will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a result of the circumstances indicated above and, where appropriate, the approval of the appropriate budget modification. The Provincial Council of Pontevedra will publish the extension in the same media as the call, without such publicity implying the opening of a new period to submit new applications or the beginning of a new calculation of the period to resolve. 5. Submission Deadline The deadline for submitting applications for subsidies that qualify for this program will begin the day following the publication of the bases and the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), and will end on September 30, 2026. 6. Other information of interest - Submission: through the standard form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra. - Concession procedure: competitive competition. - Eligible actions: those established in the fourth base. - Documentation: that established in the tenth base.
