ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as in article 41.39 second paragraph of the Budget Execution Bases of the Provincial Council of Jaén for 2026, the extract of the approval of the bases of the XIV Provincial Council of Short Film Award is published Jaén Against Gender Violence, the full text of which can be consulted on the website of the Provincial Council of Jaén and Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén.: First.-Beneficiaries The production companies and directors and/or directors that exercise due legal control over the works they submit to the competition. Second.-Object. The theme of the works is to raise awareness and visualize the situation of violence against women, in any of its manifestations, and documentaries and short fictional fiction films may be presented Third.-Regulatory bases. The resolution approving the award and Bases for Execution of the budget of the Jaén Provincial Council for 2026 (art. 41.39) Fourth.-Amount. Sixth.-Other information of interest. - Eligible activities - Documentaries and short fiction films - Eligible expenses: Given the nature of the award, a simplified supporting account is not required. - Compatibility with other subsidies: Yes. The amount of the subsidies may under no circumstances be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, resources or income, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. - Payment method: Prior resolution of the President of the Provincial Council in view of the jury's ruling. -Form of justification: There is no simplified supporting account that includes all subsidized expenses, given the nature of the award. -Maximum justification period. It does not exist as such given the nature of the award, so the supporting documentation for carrying out the activity is that which accompanies the application for participation in the award.
