Beneficiaries: Associations of people with disabilities that meet the following requirements may apply for subsidies in this call, which will be accredited with the documents referred to in article 5 of this Order: 1.- The Association must be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Region of Murcia. 2.- Have its open headquarters or permanent delegation within the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. 3.- Have labor insertion/integration, training, physical rehabilitation and personal autonomy reflected in its Statutes as objectives. 4.-Have registered users in the Association who meet these two requirements: a).- People over 16 years of age with physical and/or organic disabilities equal to or greater than 33% who have a recognized degree of reduced mobility. b).- Be in work practices or job insertion/integration programs, training, physical rehabilitation or personal autonomy programs. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at financing the regular public transport of passengers for general use, transport in tourist vehicles (taxis) and in rented vehicles with a driver, to people with physical and/or organic disabilities equal to or greater than 33% who have a recognized degree of reduced mobility, belonging to associations of people with disabilities within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, for journeys related to job insertion/integration programs, training, physical rehabilitation and personal autonomy. The eligible period covers from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Third: Regulatory bases: Order of June 15, 2026, of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Territorial Development, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the financing of public transport of passengers to people with physical and/or organic disabilities equal to or greater than 33% who have recognized the degree of reduced mobility, within the Region of Murcia (BORM no. 141, of June 22, 2026). Room. Amount: 1.- The amount of expenditure authorized for the granting of subsidies in this call amounts to €20,000.00 to be financed from budget item 14.04.00.513A.481.99, project 44762, subproject 044762260008, in accordance with the following specifications: 2026: €10,000.00 2027: €10,000.00 2- Subsidies will be awarded until the authorized expenditure is exhausted. 3.- The competent body will proportionally distribute the maximum amount of credit available among the applicant associations that meet the requirements of article 4, depending on the number of points obtained by each of them. 4.- The subsidy will be for a maximum amount of €4,000.00 per Quinto Association. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the day following the publication of the extract of the Order calling for the subsidy in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. Sixth. Criteria for evaluating applications: The evaluation of the submitted applications, which will be carried out by the instructing body, will be done according to a scale of points, in accordance with the following criteria: .-Estimated number of trips that users will make annually during the year 2026: 1 point for each trip with a maximum of 35 points. Seventh. Deadline and form of justification and method of payment: 1.- The payment of the subsidy will be made as follows: a) 50% of the subsidy granted will be paid in advance, on account of the final settlement. Said settlement will be carried out within the first quarter of the year 2027. b) Within the first quarter of the year 2027, the amount remaining until the justified total amount will be paid, after justification of the entire subsidy by the Association. 2.- The beneficiary associations must submit to the General Directorate responsible for transport before April 1, 2027, the following documentation: -Certificates issued by the corresponding public passenger transport concessionaire companies, which record the tickets issued, the amount paid and the journey made during the period.
