This aid is intended for natural persons who do not develop economic activity, legal persons who do not develop economic activity, smes and individuals who develop economic activity. Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries According to the different lines of aid, the following may be beneficiaries: - Line 1. Restorations of historical heritage assets 1. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons or groups of natural or legal persons who are owners of a movable or immovable property that is part of the historical heritage of Menorca, or who have authorization from the owner. 2. Beneficiaries who have obtained previous aid from the Menorca Island Council for the restoration of movable or immovable property must justify the completion of the work or present the delivery commitment referred to in base 7.3.B letter c corresponding to Line 1. - Line 2. Archaeological and paleontological interventions 1. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons, or groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic or separate heritage without legal personality that presents a project signed by an experienced professional archaeologist who assumes the direction of the work in accordance with what is established by the Regulation of archaeological and paleontological interventions of the Balearic Islands. 2. Those who have been beneficiaries of previous aid for archaeological interventions must have delivered to the CIM the report or memory of the previous campaign or present the delivery commitment referred to in base 7.3.B letter e corresponding to Line 2. 3. The same entity or team cannot request more than one aid for the same site. 4. Not having been firmly sanctioned for failure to comply with the obligations or conditions established in the granting of previous archaeological or paleontological interventions, in accordance with what is established in art. 109 of Law 12/1998, on the historical heritage of the Balearic Islands. - Line 3. Historical research 1. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons, or groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate heritage without legal personality that presents a project signed by a responsible person with a higher university degree specialized in the subject matter of historical, archaeological or paleontological research. 2. Associations linked to the study, safeguarding and dissemination of historical heritage may also opt. 3. Aid applicants can only submit one project per call. 4. Beneficiaries who have obtained previous aid from the Menorcan Island Council for historical, archaeological and paleontological research must justify the completion of the work or present the delivery commitment referred to in base 7.3.B letter g corresponding to Line 3. - Line 4. Scientific publications 1. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons, or groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate heritage. without legal personality who present a project signed by a responsible person with a higher university degree specialized in the subject matter of the research. 2. Associations linked to the study, safeguarding and dissemination of historical heritage, including intangible cultural heritage, are also eligible. 3. Aid applicants can only submit one project per call. 4. Beneficiaries who have obtained previous aid from the Menorca Island Council for scientific publications must justify the completion of the work or present the delivery commitment referred to in base 7.3 B letter f) corresponding to Line 4. - Line 5. Organization and implementation of conferences and dissemination activities 1. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons, or groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate property without legal personality. that presents a project signed by a responsible person with a higher university degree specialized in the subject matter of the conferences and/or dissemination activities. 2. Associations linked to the study, safeguarding and dissemination of historical heritage that present the mention may also opt.
