Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries. Self-employed workers (self-employed individuals), legal persons, and entities without legal personality, with a work center in Castilla y León, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in Programs I (Promotion of ordinary indefinite contracts), III (Promotion of the transformation of certain temporary contracts into indefinite ones) and IV (Promotion of the full-time extension of the working day of part-time ordinary indefinite contracts formalized with women). For their part, self-employed workers (self-employed individuals) established in Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of the subsidy regulated in Program II (Promotion of ordinary indefinite hiring of the first worker by self-employed workers). Second. Object. Promote stable employed employment in Castilla y León through four programs: ordinary indefinite hiring, ordinary indefinite hiring of the first worker by self-employed workers, transformation of certain temporary contracts into permanent contracts and extension of the working hours of ordinary indefinite contracts formalized with women. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order IEM/864/2023, July 5, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), aimed at promoting stable employed employment in the Community of Castilla y León (BOCyL no. 133, of July 12, 2023), modified by Order IEM/756/2025, of 10 of July (BOCyL no. 135 of July 16, 2025), by Order IEM/971/2025, of August 26 (BOCyL no. 166 of August 29, 2025), and by Order IEM/430/2026, of May 8 (BOCyL no. 92 of May 18, 2026). Room. Amount: From 2,000 to 11,500 euros, depending on the eligible action. Fifth. Submission period: The application submission period will begin the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León of this extract and will end on August 14, 2026.
