De conformidade co disposto nos artigos 17.3.b e 20.8.a da Lei 38/2003, do 17 de novembro, xeral de subvencións, publícase o extracto da convocatoria, cuxo texto íntegro pode consultarse na Base de datos nacional de subvencións (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans./index): FIRST. BENEFICIARIES The requirements that must be met to access this type of aid are the following: - Be over 60 years old. - That there are motor or sensory deficiencies in the applicant that prevent or hinder their mobility through normal means. - That the request refers to elements related to accessibility and communication needs, excluding those that mean an improvement in the home/building that is not directly related to physical and/or sensory impairments. - Suitability of what is requested to cover the need raised by the subject. - Only those who are up to date in compliance with their tax obligations with the State, Autonomous and Local Treasury may be beneficiaries of this aid; as well as against Social Security. SEGUNDO. PURPOSE The purpose of these bases, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies approved by R.D. 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed, in a competitive competition regime, for the request and granting of personal aid for the prevention of risk situations or social exclusion and to promote the promotion of the personal autonomy of Seniors. TERCEIRA. REGULATORY BASES Regulatory Bases for the granting of “Personal Development Aid for Seniors” approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in ordinary session held on December 4, 2018. FOURTH. AMOUNT A. Technical Aid: - Personal adaptations (hearing aids, etc.): It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 130% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis. - Adaptation of the home and supplies: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 230% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis. B. Adaptation of motor vehicles: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 170% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis. QUINTO. FINANCING The financing of the aid regulated in these Rules will be charged to budget item 231.00-480.05. Personal Development Aid for Seniors, in Chapter 4 of the budgets of the Puig de Santa María City Council for the year 2026, and will be conditioned, in any case, to the existence in said budgets of adequate and sufficient credit. For the year 2026, an allocation of €10,000 is established for this type of aid. SEXTO. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for the submission of applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia, and until October 31, 2026.
