RESOLUTION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE ICA CALLING FOR THE GRANTING OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SCENE PLAN GRANTS, IN ITS 2023 EDITION

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries Professionals in the performing arts and music (music, theater, street theater, dance and circus) may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second.- Object It is the object of this call to develop the National and International Stage Plan 2023 to collaborate financially with the beneficiaries, covering part of the expenses that, in terms of travel, maintenance and accommodation, they have when they carry out show tours outside the Region, whether nationally or internationally. Financial aid may be requested for shows scheduled throughout the year 2023. Third.- Legal Regime The granting of financial aid will be governed by the provisions of this Resolution and, in matters not provided for in it, by Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, as well as by the Order of May 27, 2016, of the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies in matters of cultural promotion whose call and granting corresponds to the Institute of Industries Cultural and Arts of the Region of Murcia (published in BORM no. 126 of June 1, 2016 and modified by the Order of October 7, 2019 published in BORM no. 247 of October 25, 2019). Fourth.- Budget Credit. The subsidies regulated in this Resolution will be granted from the credit included in the ICA budget for the year 2023, and will have a maximum estimated endowment of one hundred and seventy-five thousand euros (€175,000.00) divided into two lines for distribution: One hundred thousand euros (€100,000.00) will be allocated to tours of performing arts professionals, Seventy-five thousand euros (€75,000.00) will go to tours of music professionals. The effectiveness of such amounts is conditional on the actual availability of adequate and sufficient credit in the respective ICA budgets. The maximum amount that the same professional may receive based on this call may not exceed 15% of the budgetary credit provided for in article 5 in the case of performing arts and 20% in the case of music. A budget that exceeds this percentage cannot be presented. In the event of a request or requests from the same interested party that reach or exceed this limit, for the purposes of calculating the proportional distribution, said limit will be taken into account as the amount requested by the beneficiary. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. 1.- The deadline for submitting applications, accompanied by the required documentation, will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM). 2.-All the required information is available in the procedure “1409 National and International Scene Plan” of the electronic headquarters sede.carm.es from which you can also access the indicated application form and the corresponding annexes. Any documentation related to this subsidy must be sent through this procedure. Sixth.- Other data. 1.- The subsidies granted based on this Resolution will be made effective in two payments: 75% will be paid once the period established in article 9 section e has elapsed (consult the full text of this call), as advance financing necessary for the execution of the activity. 25% within a maximum period of three months, after the completion and justification of the activity. The period of execution of the subsidized activities will include the entire financial year 2023. 2.- The aid object of this Resolution is subject to the "de minimis" rule established in Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013, of the European Commission, of December 18, 2013, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the aid of minimis.
