Official description of the call

First.- Object and purpose. 1.-The purpose of this order is to call, under a special concurrence regime, financial aid for young people between the ages of 14 and 23, for their participation in camps, youth meetings and courses for learning a language abroad, which take place during the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, both inclusive. 2.-The purpose of granting this aid is, on the one hand, to promote the participation of the young population in free-time activities within the framework of non-formal education, promoting the exchange of experiences, coexistence and exposure to other cultures and, on the other, to promote training in linguistic skills for young people, taking into account the importance of language study as a means to facilitate their mobility and future job placement. Second.- Beneficiaries and requirements. 1.-Young people who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this order: a) Having been born between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2012. b) Being registered in a municipality in the province of the Region of Murcia, on the date of the end of the application submission period. c) Having completed a camp, youth meeting or course aimed at learning a language abroad, during the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, both inclusive, and must have completed them on said date. d) Not fall under any of the prohibitions or exclusions included in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. However, taking into account the nature of the subsidies subject to this order, compliance with the requirements contemplated in section 2 e) of the aforementioned article is exempt. 2.-Minor beneficiaries will act through their representative (father, mother or guardian). Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases by which these aids are governed have been established by Order of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports, of June 18, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to young people for the implementation of youth programs and activities (BORM No. 152, of July 2, 2024). Fourth.- Amount of the subsidy and budget allocation. 1.-The total amount of aid may not exceed the amount of €460,000.00 for the current year, distributed in the different categories of line 1 included in article 3 of the aforementioned regulatory bases and charged to the credits of the following items of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2026, by virtue of the Order of December 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance, European Funds and Digital Transformation, which regulates the application of the extension of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2025, during the year 2026: A) Line 1.1: €350,000.00 that will be used to finance the participation of young people in camps and meetings youth, charged to budget item 19.02.00.323A.484.41, Project 51125 “Aid to youth for holding youth camps and meetings.” €250 for line 1.1. a), camps. €150 for line 1.1.b), youth meetings. B) Line 1.2: €110,000.00 that will be used to finance the participation of young people in courses for learning a language abroad, charged to budget item 19.02.00.323A.484.41, project 51124 “Aid for young people to carry out language learning activities abroad”, in the amount of €400. 2.-The distribution of the credits between the different categories of the aforementioned subsidy line is estimated so, in the event that the credit available for each category is not exhausted, the remainder may be used to finance the aid corresponding to the other eligible category. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. 1.-The deadline for submitting applications will be extended from September 1 to September 15, 2026, both included. 2.-The electronic application will be submitted through the Single Electronic Registry accessible at the address
