Description of the call. The subsidies granted under this call will have the purpose of financing training actions aimed mainly at unemployed people with special training needs or with difficulties in inserting themselves due to their situation of vulnerability, to promote employment in emerging sectors and the creation of companies. In this way, the training actions financed by this call are intended to offer unemployed workers training adjusted to the individual training needs and the production system, which allows them to acquire the skills required in the labor market and improve their employability, as well as the subsidy of training actions that respond to the specific training needs of companies in response to the qualification demands coming from their own production systems, the particular technology they use or the management applications used by them. companies, among other aspects, contributing to improving the competitiveness of companies in the Region of Murcia while promoting the labor insertion of unemployed workers. First. Beneficiaries.
