BDNS (identification): XXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/XXXXXX First. Beneficiaries City councils of the Valencian Community, or supra-municipal entities (waste consortiums, associations, provincial councils or metropolitan entities) with delegated, entrusted or agreed upon waste collection competence and that present projects on the services within their competence. Second. Purpose To subsidize the execution of projects for the implementation of new separate collections, especially bio-waste, and improvement of existing ones, described in the following lines of action: LINE A: Projects for the implementation, expansion or improvement of the separate collection of bio-waste destined for specific biological treatment facilities (composting, aerobic digestion or both). LINE B: Projects for separation and recycling at source of biowaste through domestic and community composting. LINE C: Projects to implement or improve the separate collection of used cooking oil, generated in the domestic, commercial and service sectors, to be used for recovery, especially to obtain biofuel. LINE D: Projects to implement or improve the separate collection of the textile waste fraction of municipal waste to be used for preparation for reuse or recycling. Third. Regulatory bases Contained in the FIRST resolution of this Resolution. Composed of twenty bases and some of them refer to the ANNEX, which contains the requirements, the financeable concepts, the content of the report and the assessment criteria for each of the lines of action. Room. Amount The maximum global amount will be 18,956,840¿, initially corresponding to each line of action the following amounts: LINE A 17,156,840¿, LINE B 1,000,000¿, LINE C 300,000¿, LINE D 500,000¿. Individual maximum amounts are established for each line: LINE A 2,500,000 ¿, LINE B 100,000 ¿, LINE C 50,000 ¿ and LINE D 200,000 ¿. Fifth. Application submission deadline Applications for aid for each line of action will be submitted within a period of 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
