Beneficiaries. 1. Farmers and groups of farmers who participate for the first time in any of the differentiated quality regimes for agri-food products defined in point may be beneficiaries of aid for the participation for the first time of farmers and groups of farmers in quality regimes for agricultural and food products included in the Rural Development Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020. 3.1 of the second base of Annex I of Order 21/2017, of July 25, included in the PDR CV 2014-2020. 2. Only active farmers may be beneficiaries of the aid referred to in the previous point (in the terms defined in Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013). 3. Groups of producers who carry out information and promotion activities in the internal market of any of the differentiated agri-food quality programs of the Valencian Community defined in point 2.1 of the third base, of Annex II may be beneficiaries of aid for information and promotion activities carried out by groups of producers in the internal market included in the Rural Development Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020. of Order 21/2017, of July 25, and included in the PDR CV 2014-2020. Second. Object. 1. The purpose of the aid provided for in this extract is to promote the production and marketing of agri-food products of differentiated validity through support for: a) The participation for the first time of farmers and groups of farmers in programs related to differentiated quality included in the Rural Development Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020. b) The information and promotion activities carried out by groups of producers in the internal market included in the Rural Development Program of the Valencia Community 2014-2020. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 21/2017, of July 25, of the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development, which regulates the bases of aid for the participation for the first time of farmers and groups of farmers in quality regimes for agricultural and food products, and for the information and promotion activities carried out by groups of producers in the internal market, within the framework of the Community's Rural Development Program. Valencian 2014-2020. Room. Amount. Joint amount: 678,254.41 euros. Of this amount, the following will be allocated: a) to aid for the participation for the first time of farmers and groups of farmers in quality regimes for agricultural and food products: 14,616.05 euros. b) aid for information and promotion activities carried out by groups of producers in the internal market: 663,638.36 euros. In the event that the total amount corresponding to the applications approved in one of the two lines of aid is less than the budget assigned to it, the remaining amount may be used to meet the requests of the other line of aid. These amounts may be increased as a result of a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit that will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58, section 2, letter a, fourth point of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies and in article 11 of the Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat (DOGV 8592, 07/16/2019). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be one month and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
