Official description of the call

Object and purpose. The subsidies provided for in this call are intended to finance the hiring of women victims of gender violence by private companies and private non-profit entities. With the aim that women victims of gender violence achieve greater autonomy through their economic independence with the fundamental objective of achieving their full social integration. Second. Beneficiaries. Private companies and non-profit entities that, in compliance with the requirements determined by the call, carry out the eligible activity described and that carry out their activity within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León may be beneficiaries. For the purposes of this call, natural and legal persons, as well as communities of property that are employers of women victims of gender violence, will have the status of company. Third. Regulatory bases. Order FAM/616/2023, of May 9, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the labor insertion of women victims of gender violence in Castilla y León. Room. Amount. The total contribution of the Administration will be €100,000 charged to the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for the year 2023, approved by Law 3/2022, of December 29, on the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León. The individualized amount of the subsidy corresponding to each beneficiary entity will depend on the type of contract made. €10,000 for each full-time permanent contract. For temporary full-time contracts of a minimum duration of six months the amount will be €4,000 and for those contracts with a minimum duration of 90 days and that do not reach six months of full-time duration the amount will be €2,000. In the case of part-time hiring, the amount of the subsidy will be proportional to the effective duration of the work day. If the contract is fixed and discontinuous, the amount of the subsidy corresponding to its indefinite modality will be proportional to the annual duration of the contract. Fifth submission period. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end on October 15, 2023.
