Subsidies (2), RESOLUTION 2023002991 of September 29, 2023, ordinary, for flood risk adaptation, subject to Call Resolution and Specific Bases 2022003573 of 12/5/2022

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries: 1. The following may apply for these subsidies: a) Natural or legal persons who are owners, tenants with authorization from the owner or with the right to use the property on which the eligible actions will be carried out. b) The communities of owners, who must appoint a representative or sole representative of the community, which will be accredited by proof of representation, to request and comply with the obligations that correspond to the community as beneficiary. Second.- Purpose: Regulate the granting, under ordinary competitive competition, of subsidies for the development of pilot plans to promote adaptation to the risk of flooding of existing buildings, equipment and facilities or operations in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, in accordance with Royal Decree 1158/2020 of December 22 of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. The purpose of these subsidies is to adapt a set of buildings, urban facilities and other types of industrial, agricultural or livestock facilities or farms in the municipality of Torre Pacheco to the risk of flooding, so as to minimize the damage caused by floods. Third.- Regulatory bases: The call (new call for applications) is approved by Resolution No. 202300991 of 09/28/2023, and accepted by the Call and specific bases regulated by Resolution No. 2022003573 of 12/5/2022 (BORM 290 of December 17, 2022), modified by Resolution 2022003781 of 12/21/2022, of “Call and specific bases for subsidies under the ordinary competitive competition regime, corresponding to the adaptation to the risk of flooding of equipment and buildings in the private sphere to minimize the damage caused by floods in accordance with Royal Decree 1158/2020 of December 22”. The Call is also made in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Torre-Pacheco City Council (BORM no. 239, of October 16, 2017) and is contemplated in Chapter February 2020, Extended in validity by Resolution No. 2023000233, dated January 27, 2023. Call included in Modification 4 approved by Resolution No. 2022003038, dated 10/14/2022, Title III, Chapter Torre-Pacheco City Council and on the Notice Board of the Electronic Headquarters. Fourth.- Budget item: The budget allocation available for this new opening of applications corresponds to the remaining balance of expenditure operations 98,612.22 euros, item code 7/1510/78001 with the name “FLOOD SUBSIDY RD 1158/2020”, without prejudice to the fact that it may be extended as a result of the remainder that may exist in the subsidy received by the Torre Pacheco City Council in accordance with Royal Decree 1158/2020, of December 22. Fifth.- Submission deadline of applications: 7 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM, both inclusive (in accordance with the Second point of Resolution No. 202300991 of September 28, 2023, of the new call for subsidy applications).
