Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b, 20.8.a and 23 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Call: Subsidies for 2024 are called, under a competitive competition regime, for the program for the promotion of scientific research, technological development and innovation in the Valencian Community, regulated in Order 19/2020, of October 1, of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the Program for the Promotion of Scientific Research, technological development and Innovation in the Valencian Community (DOGV number 8919 of October 5, 2020). Second. Beneficiary Persons The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be those provided for in article 5 of the regulatory bases, provided that they comply with the requirements established therein and with what is additionally provided in the annexes to the call. Third. Applications and documentation 1. The models of standardized forms (applications and the rest of the documentation) will be available on the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat (https://sede.gva.es) 2. The presentation of applications and the documentation required for each call will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the regulatory bases, as well as the provisions of section 4 of this resolution. Room. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is from November 2 to 20, 2023 for the following grants: ¿ Subsidies for stays of predoctoral contractors in research centers outside the Valencian Community: annex II (CIBEFP) ¿ Subsidies from the Santiago Grisolía program: annex III (CIGRIS) ¿ Subsidies for the hiring of research personnel in the postdoctoral phase: annex IV (CIAPOS). ¿ Subsidies to support the hiring of doctoral research personnel from the Ramón y Cajal aid: Annex V (CIACOND). ¿ Subsidies for the hiring of support personnel linked to a technology transfer project: Annex VI (CIAPOTI). ¿ Subsidies for stays of doctoral research personnel in research centers located outside the Valencian Community: annex VIII (CIBEST) ¿ Subsidies for emerging research groups: annex IX (CIGE) ¿ Subsidies from the Prometeo program for research groups of excellence: annex XI (CIPROM) ¿ Subsidies for carrying out stays of doctoral research personnel in companies in the Valencian Community: annex VII (CIAEST). ¿ Subsidies for consolidated research groups: Annex X (CIAICO) ¿ Subsidies for attracting European projects or other international programs: Annex XII (CIAPE). ¿ Subsidies for the organization and dissemination of international scientific, technological, humanistic or artistic conferences, conferences and meetings: Annex XIII (CIAORG). ¿ Subsidies for the promotion and revitalization of science parks: Annex XIV (CIPPC). and from December 1 to 18, 2023 for: ¿ Subsidies for the hiring of predoctoral research personnel: Annex I (CIACIF). Fifth. Financing and amount of the call The subsidies that are called by this resolution for the financial year 2024 will be financed from line S4015000 of the budget program 542.50 "Research, Technological Development and Innovation" of the expenses budget of the Generalitat, with an estimated amount of 51,500,000.00 euros, conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit for this in the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. The maximum global amount for the financial year 2024 will be made public by a resolution of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society.
