Subsidies for the financial rebalancing of insertion companies affected by the Covid-19 crisis and inflation. Fiscal year 2023.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Insertion companies that comply with the provisions of Law 44/2007, of December 13, for the regulation of the regime of insertion companies, and that are registered and qualified in the Administrative Registry of Insertion Companies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and that meet the following requirements a) Be registered in the Registry of Insertion Companies of the Region of Murcia with a minimum age of 36 months the date of submission of the application. b) Have presented the annual accounts for the last three years (2022, 2021 and 2020) in the Commercial Registry, in the Registry of Foundations or in the Registry of Associations, as appropriate. In the event that they are not required to present the accounts in any of these registries, they must have the balance sheet and income statement approved by their general assembly. c) Accredit losses during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 or in any of the three years, in the work centers of the Region of Murcia, accredited by a report signed by an independent expert registered in the Official Registry of Account Auditors. d) Not fall under the circumstances of article 13.2 and 3 of the General Subsidies Law. e) Not have tax debts in the executive payment period with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, unless the debts are suspended or guaranteed. f) Be up to date in compliance with your tax obligations with the State Public Treasury. g) Be up to date in compliance with your obligations with Social Security. Second. Objective To financially rebalance insertion companies affected by the Covid-19 crisis and inflation, which have experienced losses in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, or in any of these years. Third. Regulatory bases Order of October 11, 2023 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financial rebalancing of insertion companies affected by the COVID-19 crisis and inflation. (BORM no. 241, of October 18, 2023). Room. Amount The initial credit available to cover this aid will be €500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand euros), being financed entirely with own funds. The amount of the aid will be the amount - accredited by the applicant - of the losses corresponding to the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, without this amount exceeding 80% of the total losses accumulated in the three years. In the event of insufficient credit, the existing credit will be prorated proportionally to the amount that must be granted to each applicant. Fifth. Deadline The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, ending on November 15, 2023. Sixth. Other information The procedure for granting subsidies will be special competition. The following may not request or receive the requested aid: a) Insertion companies that are in the disqualification process. b) Companies that are part of a group, unless they can demonstrate that the difficulties the company is going through are its own and do not derive from an arbitrary allocation of costs within the group. c) Integration companies that do not meet the minimum percentage of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion hired with respect to the total workforce in accordance with the provisions of Law 44/2007, of December 13 (30% for the first 3 years of activity and 50% from the fourth year). Payment of subsidies will occur with the granting of the subsidy. The payment will be made in a single installment by transfer to the International Bank Account Code (IBAN) owned by the requesting entity.
