Official description of the call

First. Object. Subsidies are being called for by 2024 to co-finance work to prepare and draft the cultural heritage section of protection catalogues, special protection plans and master plans that aim to protect, recover and rehabilitate spaces with heritage interest. Three programs are established for this: Program 1: subsidies for the preparation and writing of the cultural heritage section of protection catalogs Program 2: subsidies for the preparation and writing of special protection plans Program 3: subsidies for the preparation and writing of master plans. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. Municipalities that, at the time of publication of this resolution, have not submitted a catalog of protections to the administration of the Generalitat Valenciana to begin their urban planning process, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of Program 1. 2.- City councils that want to make a modification to their catalogs may also present themselves, provided that these modifications have not been presented to the administration of the Generalitat Valenciana for processing. 3. Municipalities that present a special protection plan or a master intervention plan for an Asset of Immovable Cultural Interest located in their municipal area, which is part of any of the typologies listed in article 26.1.a) of Law 4/98, of June 11, on Valencian Cultural Heritage, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of Programs 2 and 3. These documents must not have been submitted to the administration for processing and approval. 4. The beneficiaries must comply, where appropriate, with the measures provided for in articles 45 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 21/2018, of May 16, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports (DOGV 8300, of 05/22/2018), which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the preparation of the cultural heritage section of protection catalogs and the drafting of special protection plans and master plans for intervention in assets of cultural interest of the Valencian Community. Room. Amount. 1. The amount planned for the provision of this aid will be 700,000.00 euros, which will be paid from the budget application G01180202.454A00.7, line S0493 ¿Aid for the drafting of Catalogs and Master Plan¿, of the budget of the Generalitat Valenciana for 2024. 2.- As it is an early processing expense, the resolution of This call and, therefore, the granting of subsidies, is conditional on the effective existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of the Generalitat for 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The period will be 15 days, counting from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. If within six months, from the end of the submission of applications, there has been no resolution and express notification regarding the application, it will be understood that it has been rejected. Sixth. Other data. 1.- The applicant entity may only submit a single application, referring to one of the three programs. 2.- The application model and the annexes will be available on the web space https://cutt.ly/krMgjzu, and will be addressed to the First Vice Presidency and Ministry of Culture and Sports, General Directorate of Cultural Heritage. 3.- Subsidy applications can only be submitted electronically and will be formalized according to the models that appear at the internet address indicated with the following URL: https://cutt.ly/ekAzucm. The application must be signed by the representative of the requesting entity. 4.- The supporting documentation for carrying out the subsidized activity will comply with the provisions of article 15 of the rules of the call, https://cutt.ly/RwI5y0MY (Annex III). When the time comes, the link and the procedure to submit the corresponding form will be enabled.
