BDNS (identif.): 739844 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Purpose The purpose is to call for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies aimed at increasing productivity in companies and to alleviate the costs of companies caused as a result of the adoption of measures to rationalize the working day, understanding this rationalization in the terms reflected in Base 5 of the regulatory bases. Second. Financing Code Line Name of line Amount S0169 Incentive program for the development of a new culture of working time Fiscal year 2024: €16,476.60 Third party Beneficiaries Private companies, whatever their legal form, that have the work center or centers for which they are eligible for the aid regulated in this call located in the Valencian Community, and whose projects are in the second year of the business reduction commitment of the ordinary working day because they obtained, in 2022, a favorable resolution to the project presented in the 2022 call. Fourth. Submission of applications and documentation The submission of applications and the attached documentation will be mandatory electronically. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from 02/01/2024 to 02/17/2024, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the submission period (official Spanish peninsular time) will be admitted. Sixth. Regulatory bases Order 7/2022, of June 16, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor, which approves the regulatory bases of the aid program for the establishment of incentives to reduce the working day to four days or thirty-two hours per week and to improve productivity in Valencian companies (DOGV 9372, 06.30.2022).
