EXTRACT OF THE AGREEMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2024 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CERDANYOLA DEL VALLÈS, OF THE APPROVAL OF THE RULES THAT GOVERN THE AWARD FOR THE POSTER DESIGN OF THE ROSER DE MAIG 2024 FESTIVAL AND FOR THE DESIGN THAT WILL BE THE IMAGE OF THE CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING OF THE ROSER DE MAIG FESTIVAL OF THE YEAR 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the rules for the prize for the poster design of the Roser de Maig Festival of the year 2024 and of the design prize that will be the image of the children's programming for the 2024 Roser de Maig Festival, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://WWW.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries: This call is directed to any person who presents original works and who complies with the provisions of the specific regulations. Second. Purpose: Make it a participatory festival open to the collaboration of citizens, based on the preparation of the Festival poster and the image of the children's programming. Third. Regulatory Bases: Bases that will govern the award for the design of the poster for the Roser de Maig Festival of the year 2024 and the design that will be the image of the children's programming of the Roser de Maig Festival of the year 2024 approved by agreement of the Local Government Board dated February 26, 2023. Fourth. Amount: The adult category prize is six hundred and thirty euros (630.00 euros), which will be attributed to the budget application 2010 33800 48102 PAM 20143 of the current budget. The children's prize is three hundred euros (300.00 euros), which will be attributed to the budget application 2010 33800 22720 PAM 20143 of the current budget. Fifth. Application submission deadline: The submission deadline for original works will be from March 1 to March 18, 2024.
