Official description of the call
1st.- Beneficiaries and recipients. a) Individuals or family units residing in the municipality of Molina de Segura, and transients whose state of need is recognized at the time of the application and who meet the requirements established for its granting, may be beneficiaries of this aid, under the terms and conditions set out in article 3 of the ordinance regulating municipal financial aid to address situations of social need. The recipient will preferably be the natural or legal person with whom the applicant has incurred or will incur the expense. Exceptionally, and for justified reasons, it may be the applicant or his/her legal representative. b) Minors residing and registered in the municipality of Molina de Segura may be beneficiaries under the terms and conditions set out in article 3 of the ordinance regulating municipal financial aid to support children. The recipient will preferably be the natural or legal person with whom the applicant has incurred or will incur the expense. Exceptionally, and for justified reasons, it may be the applicant or his/her legal representative. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of article 13.2 of the General Subsidy Law and given the nature of the subsidy, the beneficiaries will be exempt from the requirement indicated in section e) of the aforementioned article, relating to being up to date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. 2nd- Object: Attend/alleviate/resolve social emergency situations, prevent situations of social exclusion and promote the full social integration of population sectors lacking their own economic resources to meet their basic needs. 3º- Regulatory bases: Ordinance regulating municipal financial aid to address situations of social need_BORM_231_05/10/2017 Ordinance regulating municipal financial aid to support children_BORM_231_05/10/2017 https://sedeelectronica.molinadesegura.es/normativa-municipal/ General_Regulatory_Rules_Call_Subsidies_and_Prizes_2022. https://sedeelectronica.molinadesegura.es/e-bases-de-ejecucion-2022/ 4º- Amount. The subsidies will be granted under budget application 08/2316/4800001 URGENT NEED AID, provided for in the expenditure budget for the year 2022 extended for the year 2024, for a maximum amount of €300,000.00. 5th- Deadline for submitting applications. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned municipal ordinances, requests for this type of aid can be made throughout the year, without the initial deadline being conditional on the publication of the extract of the call.
