In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Purpose and scope of the call The purpose of this resolution is to call in the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, the following aid programs: a) Program I: Aid intended to support non-economic activities that promote the reindustrialization of the Valencian Community, developed by industrial sectoral business associations linked to the following sectors of the Valencian Community: agri-food industry, automotive sector, biotechnology sector, ceramics sector, sectors glass, aggregates and non-metallic construction materials, leather and footwear sector, energy sector, containers and packaging sector, space and aeronautical sector, toy and children's products sector, wood, furniture and lighting sector, marble and natural stone sector, metal-mechanical sector, plastics sector, audiovisual production and video game sectors, chemical sector, textile sector, and materials recovery sector. b) Program II: Aid aimed at supporting non-economic activities that promote the reindustrialization of the Valencian Community, developed by regional multi-sector business associations. Second. Financing 1. For the year 2024, the aid called will be financed from line S1461 of budget program 722A00, chapter VII, up to a maximum estimated global amount of 2,682,000 euros, from the Generalitat's own funds. 2. Beneficiary entities 1. Sectoral business associations and innovative business groups may be beneficiaries of Aid Program I, and for cooperative projects, consortia or groups without legal personality, provided that they operate totally or partially in industrial sectoral areas of the Valencian Community, that have their headquarters or registered office in the Valencian Community, and sufficiently justify their direct connection and that of the action project with one or more of the sectors covered by this call. 2. Regional multi-sector business associations may be beneficiaries of Aid Program II, provided that they have their headquarters or registered office in the Valencian Community, at least 50% of their members are industrial companies, and they prove that they have carried out activity as a business association in those areas, at least in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023. Applications submitted by foundations, groups or any other entities will not be admissible. non-profit organizations that are not duly constituted as regional multi-sector business associations, and registered in the corresponding registries. 3. Technology centers by themselves will not be able to obtain the status of sole beneficiary entity of these programs, without prejudice to being able to participate as a contracted entity or as a member of an innovative business group or a consortium without legal personality.
