In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index. First. Beneficiaries Athletes who accredit the requirements established in the bases and who can obtain the status of beneficiaries so as not to meet any of the circumstances that prevent it, which are detailed in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Purpose To call for awards to professional sports athletes from the Valencian Community to help in their classification and preparation for world and European championships, prior to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This preparation includes participation in previous official qualifying competitions. Third. Regulatory bases Order 58/2016, of September 21, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of awards to Olympic and Paralympic sports (DOGV 7882, 09.27.2016) Fourth. Amount The budget allocated to finance this call will amount to a maximum of 600,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counting from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana of the corresponding call.
