Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and in this BOJA. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First: For the year 2024, in the competitive concession modality, subsidies to non-profit entities are called, charged to the budgetary credits indicated: BUDGETARY POSITION NAME MAXIMUM AMOUNT 0100010000-G/82 A/487.02/00.01 To non-profit families and institutions. Andalusian Communities Assistance 40,000 euros Second. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities that carry out activities outside Spanish territory. Third. Purpose: The intended purpose is to improve the quality of life of Andalusian people in extreme need, residing in foreign countries. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the Order of June 2, 2021 (B.O.J.A. Number 109, of June 9, 2021) which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities, under a competitive competition regime, intended to address the healthcare needs and situations of extreme need of Andalusian people residing abroad. Fifth. Amount: The allocation is reflected in the table in the first section, classified by the corresponding economic applications according to the type of entities to which the aid is directed. The maximum amount subsidized will be 40,000 euros, extendable in the terms established in the Call Order. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications to the call corresponding to the 2024 financial year will be twenty business days, which will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, as provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Seventh. Other information: The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA, together with the Call.
