Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1. The applicant persons or entities that want to receive this aid will have to meet the following requirements: a) Be private non-profit entities and legally constituted b) Carry out actions in the commercial field within the term of Es Mercadalc) Not fall into any of the assumptions of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of Subsidies (LGS). d) Not be involved in the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 5 and 6 of article 4 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, as well as in article 30.4. of it. 2. The following are expressly excluded: a) Entities with a profit purpose, in particular all commercial and civil companies. b) Cooperatives c) Educational or teaching centers. d) Political or union entities. e) Cultural, sports and artistic entities Second. Purpose: Collaborate with non-profit commercial entities that carry out activities within their scope of action within the municipality of Es Mercadal. Third. Regulatory bases: The bases of the call and the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies, initially approved by the Plenary Session of the Es Mercadal City Council on October 11, 2005 and published the final approval and the full text in BOIB no. 189, of December 17, 2005. Fourth. Amount: 1. The aid granted will be covered by budget application 70.4313.48300 of the 2024 General Budget, with a maximum joint amount of 14,000 euros. 2. When the amount of aid requests is greater than the maximum amount set in the previous point, these will be prioritized according to the principles and criteria established in article 7 of the bases. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Until May 10, 2024
