Resolution of 06/04/2024 of the Director of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, by delegation, calling for aid for participation in the Multisector Direct Trade Mission to Romania and Bulgaria 2024.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: SMEs and property communities, whose activity that is the subject of the project is located in the Autonomous Community of Murcia and in any sector of activity, except those dedicated to fishing, aquaculture and the primary production of agricultural products listed in Annex I of the EU treaty. Second. Purpose: Aid for participation in trade missions, fairs and international exhibition and promotional events. Action: Multi-sector Direct Trade Mission to Romania and Bulgaria 2024. Dates of action: June 15 to 22, 2024. Destination countries: Romania and Bulgaria. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of April 23, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, which approves the regulatory bases of the aid of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia aimed at the international promotion of companies in the Region of Murcia, through participation in fairs, exhibition and promotional events and trade missions, within the framework of the Business Internationalization Plan 2023-2027, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund., (BORM no. 101, of 05/03/2024) and Correction of errors (BORM no. 113 of 05/17/2024) Fourth. Amount: The maximum available credit available in the call for participation in this action is 36,867 euros, and up to 60% may be financed with ERDF resources. The number of companies that may be beneficiaries of this call is limited to 10 companies. Fifth. Deadline: The aid application will be submitted electronically. The submission period will be 5 business days, and begins on the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BORM. Sixth. Form of submission of applications: Interested parties, on a mandatory basis, must direct their request to the Presidency of the Development Institute by electronically submitting applications and complementary documentation, in accordance with the model that they will find at the Internet address: https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto Interested parties must submit the application to the Telematic Registry of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. To use this means of presentation, the applicant must have a recognized user certificate issued by a Certification Authority. The list of these Certification Authorities will be available at the Internet address indicated above. Seventh. Other information: The procedure for granting this call will be in accordance with the regime provided for in article 22 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and managed by the collaborating entity Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Murcia. In this action, the participation fee amounts to 1,580 euros + VAT in the case of choosing 2 destinations and 975 euros + VAT in the case of choosing only one, which the applicant companies must pay into the IBAN account ES30 0030 3017 11 0000029271 of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Murcia, indicating in the concept “MCD Fee Romania Bulgaria” and whose proof of income must be attached to the aid application.
