Official description of the call
1. Beneficiaries Non-profit sports clubs, legally constituted and with tax domicile in the province of Pontevedra, that participate in official competitions in any territorial area, in the sports modalities of canoeing, rowing and sailing, may be beneficiaries of this call. 2. Purpose The purpose of this call is to approve the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for sports clubs in the province of Pontevedra in the modalities of canoeing, rowing and sailing that participate in official competitions in any territorial area. 3. Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the subsidy to sports clubs in the province of Pontevedra in the nautical modalities of canoeing, rowing and sailing that participate in official competitions in the year 2024 were approved by the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra on June 7, 2024. 4. Financing The granting of subsidies will be subject to budget availability and will be called at a charge to the application. 24/340.3410.489.22 of the Provincial Budget for the year 2024 for a total amount of five hundred thousand (500,000.00) euros. The distribution of the budgets by sports modalities is as follows: Canoeing................................................................................................... €280,000.00 Rowing............................................................................................... €145,000.00 Sailing.................................................................................................. €75,000.00 5. Submission Deadline The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty (20) business days, counting from the day following the publication of the call and its extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). 6. Other data of interest - Presentation: through the standardized form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra. - Concession procedure: competitive competition. - Eligible expenses: those established in the seventh base. - Assessment criteria: those established in the thirteenth base. - Justification: those established in the sixteenth base. - Dissemination measures: those established in the seventeenth base.
