SUBSIDIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT THROUGH PROJECTS RELATED TO RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND EMPLOYMENT 2024.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First.- Beneficiaries: The Non-profit entities that are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations (RMA) prior to the start of the application submission period for this call. Second.- Object and Purpose: This call for subsidies, carried out by the Department of the Government Area of Employment, European Funds, Heritage, Environment, Education, Sports and Youth of the Vigo City Council - which is integrated into line 4.12 of promotion of social activities: Entrepreneurship and innovative business projects of the Strategic Subsidies Plan (PES) approved by the Local Government Xunta in its common session of 03/08/2024 - aims to grant, on a competitive basis, financial aid for the development of projects related to research, innovation and employment to non-profit entities, which will be carried out at most between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024. These aid are aimed at promoting, through research and innovation, the development of research and innovation projects, preferably related to the sector. secondary, which can lead to the generation of employment and allow: - Facilitate the acquisition of experience in the field of research and innovation in sectors of interest for employment in Vigo and Galicia. - Promote occupational and informative activities with a view to labor integration. - Promote research and development of projects that improve economic activity, preferably in the secondary sector, to influence real improvement and increase in employment. Third.- Regulatory bases: Regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Xunta of the Vigo City Council on 05/31/2024 and published at https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/avisos/?lang=gal. Fourth.- Amount: a) The total amount allocated to these subsidies will be a maximum of €40,000? (forty thousand euros), which will be charged to Item 2410 4800008 "Axudas development of research projects related to research", of the General Budgets of the Vigo City Council. b) The maximum amount of the subsidy or aid will be €15,000.00, and in no case may it be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies or aid, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity or action. c) The granting of the subsidy will not generate any right to receive it in future calls. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: In compliance with the duty imposed by Article 14.2.a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPAC), the use, exclusively, of electronic means is established to present and process the application for this subsidy through the electronic headquarters of the Vigo City Council, by any of the identification and electronic signature mechanisms accepted in the electronic headquarters, which can consult the link https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/usuarios/login.jsp?lang=ga. The deadline for submitting applications and the corresponding complementary documentation will be 10 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, which will be communicated from the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) that operates as a national subsidy advertising system, in the terms of art. 30 of the LPAC. Subsidy applications will be sent duly completed through the electronic headquarters of the Vigo City Council, using the official models approved with these bases, which will be available on the website (www.vigo.org) and signed electronically. Each entity may submit a single application. Sixth.- Other information: Subsidy applications will be submitted, duly completed, in the official forms approved with these bases, which will be available on the website (www.vigo.org) of the Vigo City Council.
