First. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, groups of natural or legal persons, a community of property or other economic group without legal personality who are owners of the properties on rural land through which the Camí de Cavalls (IDE Menorca) runs, are affected by its area of influence or run by other roads established by the Emergency Service of the General Directorate of Emergencies as emergency access roads to the Camí de Cavalls or who have authorization from the owner can benefit from this call. corresponding. The projects presented must meet the objectives, purposes and requirements set out in the rules of the call. Beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax obligations with Social Security and the Island Council of Menorca. Beneficiaries who have obtained previous aid from the Menorca Island Council to carry out "Actions on the Camí de Cavalls" must justify the completion of the work or present the delivery commitment referred to in base 7.3.B letter d. Second. Object The main objective is to contribute to the conservation and improvement of the condition of the Camí de Cavalls through the involvement and collaboration of the private sector through financial support from the Island Council of Menorca. Third. Regulatory bases The call is governed by the bases approved by the Executive Council of the Island Council of Menorca in an ordinary session on June 3, 2024. Fourth. Amount The maximum global amount of the call is €250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand euros), according to the following breakdown: Lines of action 2024 Line 1: Adaptation of elements of the Camí de Cavalls and other associated ethnological assets €140,000.00 Line 2: Forestry work and clearing €55,000.00 Line 3: Improvement of the pavements in the Camí de Cavalls or emergency access roads (VAE) to it €55,000.00 TOTAL €250,000.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to benefit from this aid is 30 calendar days from the day after it is published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands. Sixth. Other data Actions started from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 will be subsidized (or if the municipal construction license, if necessary, has been requested within this period). Beneficiaries are required to justify the actions and expenses carried out under the subsidy or financial aid granted before October 15, 2025. The maximum eligible amounts and percentages per action and call are as follows: Lines 1 and 3: 100% percentage of the total cost of the action for which the subsidy is requested, with a maximum of €15,000 for each of the requested actions. Line 2: percentage of 75% of the total cost of the action for which the subsidy is requested, with a maximum of €10,000 for each of the requested actions.
