SUBSIDIES FOR THE YEAR 2024, THROUGH DIRECT GRANT, FOR THE SOCIAL WATER BONUS

Official description of the call

CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE YEAR 2024, THROUGH DIRECT GRANT, FOR THE SOCIAL WATER BONUS AND ITS REGULATORY BASES ARE ESTABLISHED. FIRST. Object of the call and purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this call is the granting of aid called Social Water Bonus for the year 2024 and to call for the right of natural persons holding the water supply service contract in Berrueco, to request the Social Water Bonus, under a direct concession regime through submission of applications. The granting of subsidies will be governed strictly by the provisions of the ordinance regulating the Social Water Bonus published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza, no. 276, dated December 1, 2022, until the budget credit of €3,500.00 application 2310-48000, expenditure area 2, chapter 4 of the municipal budget for the year 2024 is completed and exhausted. SECOND. Regulatory Bases. Regarding the content of the Regulatory Bases: their objective is to reduce water bill expenses for families in need or economic difficulty. 1.- OBJECT. These bases are intended to lower the bill for these essential services for certain families that prove a situation of need or economic difficulty. 2.- APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. - Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. - Decree 347/2002, of November 19, of the Government of Aragon, which approves the Regulation of goods, activities, services and works of the Local Entities of Aragon. - Law 7/1999, of April 9, on Local Administration of Aragon. - Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. - Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. - Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Development Regulations (Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21). - Law 5/2015, of March 25, on Aragon Subsidies. - Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014, and their corresponding regulatory development, are transposed into the Spanish legal system. - Law 3/2011, of February 24, on measures regarding Public Sector Contracts of Aragon. - Ordinance regulating the Berrueco social water bond published in BOPZ No. 276, dated December 1, 2022. - Other applicable regulations. 3.- BENEFICIARIES. The natural persons holding the water supply service contract in Berrueco, who are not involved in any of the causes of prohibition provided for in article 13.2 and 13.3 of the General Law of Subsidies (article 26 of the RLGS), who are up to date with compliance with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies (article 25 of the RLGS) and who are not involved in procedures of subsidy, may benefit from the subsidies regulated in this call. collection through enforcement of debts contracted with the Berrueco city council. 4.- INITIATION OF THE GRANT PROCEDURE. The initiation of the procedure will correspond ex officio through approval of the corresponding public call, approved by the competent body. This call will be communicated to the National Subsidies Database (hereinafter BDNS), which will transmit an extract of it to the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza for publication. Likewise, the call will also be published on the Electronic Headquarters of the Berrueco City Council. 5.- PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS. Applications for inclusion in the 2024 Social Bonus in accordance with the rules of this call and the Ordinance regulating the Berrueco social water bonus published in BOPZ No. 276, dated December 1, 2022, must be submitted in the standardized model established for this purpose and which appears as an annex to this call, forming an inseparable part of it. The requests will be directed to the Mayor President of the Berrueco City Council, through the electronic headquarters of this city council (https://berrueco.sedelectronica.es), or by any of the means established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, starting the day following the publication of this call.
