Beneficiaries: Natural persons or persons who have private legal personality, owners or usufructuaries of single-family or collective housing buildings, located in the Urban Land of Escatrón or of buildings that do not have a commercial use or intended for any other type of economic activity, who carry out any of the works included in the call and who meet the requirements specified therein, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies.
