AID FOR REGISTRATION AND NOTARY EXPENSES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BUYING THEIR FIRST HOME

Official description of the call

First. -Beneficiaries. - * Be registered in the Municipality of Ejea de los Caballeros prior to submitting the application. * Be between 18 and 35 years old, both included, at the time of submitting the application. * Be the purchaser of a first home, which is located in the Municipality of Ejea de los Caballeros and is intended for habitual and permanent residence. * Not being the owner of full ownership or a real right of use or enjoyment over another home. * Be up to date in compliance with your obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, Ejea de los Caballeros City Council and with the General Treasury of Social Security; as well as in compliance with its obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations relating to public subsidies. To obtain the aid, it will be necessary that the requirements set out in sections 1, 2 and 3 be met by at least one of the owners of the home. Second. - Object and purpose. – The purpose of this aid is to help finance notary and registration expenses for young people who acquire their first home and it is located in the Municipality of Ejea de los Caballeros. Third. - Regulatory bases. - By Mayor's Decree dated April 17, 2026, the Regulatory Criteria for the granting of subsidies for aid to young people to cover notary and registration expenses for the acquisition of their first home were approved. Year 2026. Fourth. - Amount. – The budgetary credit allocated to this call is €16,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 15210-48909 and with retention number 12026000006608 of the municipal budget for the year 2026. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. – The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of an extract of these regulations in the BOPZ, ending on September 30, 2026. The full call will be published on the Ejea City Council website (www.ejea.es). The application form, as well as the rest of the standard forms to be completed by the applicant, will be made available to interested parties on the Ejea de los Caballeros City Council website https://www.ejea.es/ayudas-para-gastos-de-notaria-y-registro-2026
