Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. All groups of people of any age, who are constituted in non-profit associations duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, or who are part of a club, or are groups of people who are simply united by any type of connection (friendship, professional, sports, affiliate...) of this locality, will be appointed. A representative of each group will be appointed, who will necessarily have to be of legal age and meet the following requirements: Be up to date with the fulfillment of their obligations with the City Council of La Puebla de Alfindén, or, where appropriate, having requested postponement or installment of the debt. Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. Not be subject to any other of the disqualification circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. In the case of associations registered in the Municipal Registry, representation will be carried out by the person assigned the functions of representation according to their statutes. The presentation of the application to participate will entail authorization to the City Council to collect said data. The requirements set forth in this section must be met prior to payment of the prize. They must comply with the other regulations contemplated in the call. Second.- Objective and purpose. The purpose of this Award is to highlight the hallmarks of La Puebla de Alfindén, during the celebration of the patron saint festivities in honor of Our Lady of the Assumption and San Roque, animating and energizing the streets of the municipality, creating a festive atmosphere thanks to the involvement of residents organized in associations, clubs or groups through the preparation and parade on floats. The purpose of the awards is to value the effort of the participants so that the parade becomes a careful and unique element of our town, through aesthetically crafted floats with a recreational and participatory purpose. With these bases it is intended to promote popular participation in the celebrations, creativity, fun, joy and joviality Third.- Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of La Puebla de Alfindén, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza No. 236, of October 14, 2021, and as established in this call and Mayor's Resolution No. 2026/490 of July 24, by which this call is approved. Fourth.- Amount. The maximum global amount allocated to this Prize amounts to €1,000.00, divided into 4 prize categories, which will be awarded based on the scores obtained by each of the groups registered for the event. - 1st prize: 300 - 2nd prize: 270 - 3rd prize: 250 - 4th prize: 180, which will be financed from the budget application “2026.3380.48004. Float prizes” of the current municipal budget, (RC 2026/EP/002557 of May 20, 2026). Fifth.- Application submission deadline. Registration will take place between August 1 and 11, and can be done through the following means: - In person at the City Hall Registry, whose public hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Through the Electronic Registry of the City Council. The application must be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI and, in the case of associations registered in the municipal registry of associations, the certificate of representation of the association.
