TEXT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in relation to article 18 of the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and on the website of the Fuentes de Ebro City Council. First. Beneficiaries. Students enrolled during the 2026-2027 academic year in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate or Vocational Training who meet all of the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: Be registered in the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro prior to January 1, 2026. Have no debts with the Fuentes de Ebro City Council. Be up to date with tax obligations and with Social Security. Not being subject to any of the prohibition cases to be beneficiaries of subsidies established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose To support the families of Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, Vocational Training and Baccalaureate students registered in the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro, financing a part of the annual expense that they must assume in the purchase of school supplies. The maximum eligible amounts will be the following: 1st to 3rd grade of Early Childhood Education: €100 per student. 1st to 6th grade of Primary Education: €100 per student. 1st to 4th of Secondary Education: €100 per student. Vocational Training: €100 per student. Baccalaureate: €100 per student. In this regard, the following are understood as school supplies: school books, reading books, consumables (including notebooks, pencils, crayons, pens, rulers, etc.), clothing and sports shoes necessary for the subject of Physical Education. To collect the maximum eligible amount (100 euros), the corresponding invoices for expenses on school supplies for a value equal to or greater than this amount must be presented, detailing the following information: Issuer of the invoice. Payer of the bill who must coincide with the beneficiary student, if he or she is of legal age, or with the father, mother or legal guardian signing the application, if he or she is a minor.
