Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries Natural persons between the ages of 18 and 35 who have registered their home between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026 may benefit from this aid. Natural persons of legal age, emancipated minors, legal entities and other entities without personality that are not involved in a cause that prevents them from obtaining the status of beneficiary according to article 13, paragraph, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. 2.º, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and article 2 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Pedrola City Council and are up to date with their tax obligations with the Municipal Treasury, which promote eligible actions. Second. - Purpose In accordance with Ordinance No. 58 regulating the granting of aid for the financing of notary and registration expenses to young people who acquire their first home in the municipality of Pedrola, approved by the Plenary City Council, in an ordinary session of February 23, 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza No. 87 of April 19, 2021, a call is made for the concession of aid to finance notary and registration expenses for young people who acquire their first home in the municipality of Pedrola, thus encouraging the settlement of the young population and avoiding the depopulation of small municipalities. This call is carried out under a competitive competition regime, a simplified competitive competition procedure, as established in article 22.1 and 23 to 27 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and article 16.3 c) of Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, by which the consolidated text of the Law of Aragon subsidies. Third. —Regulatory bases. This call is made subject to the provisions of Ordinance number 58, regulating the granting of aid for the financing of notary and registration expenses to young people who acquire their first home in the municipality of Pedrola. Room. — Budget credit. The budgetary credit planned for this call amounts to the amount of 5,000 euros, charged to the budget application: 1520.48000, "Subsidy for notarial and registration expenses for housing acquisition." Fifth. — Application submission deadline. Applications must be submitted duly completed, in accordance with the official model established in Annex I of the call and accompanied by the corresponding documents. Applications will be submitted by any of the following means: • In the Pedrola City Council Registry. • In any of the places provided for in Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPZ and will end on October 1, 2026.
