FIRST. - Purpose The purpose of this Call is to grant subsidies on a competitive basis by the Belchite City Council to people who own homes located in the urban area of the municipality of Belchite, with the aim of: Increasing the supply of rental homes in Belchite. Facilitate access to housing for individuals and families. Boost the local real estate market. Contribute to the fight against depopulation. SECOND. – Beneficiaries Persons who own homes located in the municipality of Belchite who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call: Be a natural or legal person who owns the home. That the home is located in the urban area of the municipality of Belchite. That the home is in habitable conditions and complies with current regulations. That the home has not been rented in the last year. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. In the event that several people own the home, they will have to name one as a representative who will be the beneficiary for all purposes. THIRD. - Eligible expenses The following expenses derived from renting out the home, incurred between June 1, 2026 and August 15, 2027, will be considered eligible: Non-payment insurance for the first year of rent. Housing energy efficiency certificate. Building license and ICIO necessary for the adaptation of the home to rental. Works to adapt and improve housing intended for rental, such as masonry, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, carpentry or painting. Kitchen furniture and appliances exclusively. QUARTER. – Financing The credit available for this call in the 2026 Budget is as follows: €30,000 - Budget application: 3340.7801000 FIFTH. - Applications, documentation and deadline The application, according to the model listed as Annex I, will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Belchite City Council, by submitting it to the General Electronic Registry, or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until August 15, 2026. Applications must be accompanied by the following documentation: Explanatory and assessed report of the actions for which a subsidy is requested, Annex II. Photographic annex of the state of the home. Photocopy of the applicant's DNI/NIE. Home ownership deed or simple note from the property registry. In case of co-ownership, agreement of all owners to request aid, appointment of one as a representative before the City Council and commitment to rent the home for at least five years. In case of requesting help for home adaptation and improvement works, budgets or invoices for the expenses to be subsidized. Responsible declaration of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
