Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. Within operation 4.1.1, aid is called for "investments aimed at improving the performance and overall sustainability of agricultural holdings (generic modernization of agricultural holdings)" and within operation 4.1.2, aid for "investments aimed at improving performance and overall sustainability in olive groves", within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2022, in the maximum amount of 100,000,000 euros. Beneficiaries. For subsidies aimed at improving the performance and overall sustainability of agricultural holdings (operation 4.1.1), through investments aimed at improving the performance and overall sustainability of agricultural holdings (generic modernization of agricultural holdings), farmers with physical or legal personality may be beneficiaries, including young farmers applying for submeasure 6.1, groups of farmers, communities of property and any other type of economic unit or separate assets without legal personality that are holders of agricultural holdings located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, for investments made not related to olive grove production. For subsidies aimed at improving performance and global sustainability in olive farms (operation 4.1.2), through investments aimed at improving performance and global sustainability in olive farms, beneficiaries may be farmers with physical or legal personality, including young farmers applying for submeasure 6.1, groups of farmers, communities of property and any other type of economic unit or separate property without legal personality that are owners of farms located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, for investments made related to olive grove production. Third. Object. Through the aid defined in operation 4.1.1 "Improvement of the performance and global sustainability of agricultural holdings", those initiatives that contemplate investments in physical, material or intangible assets, not related to olive grove production, aimed at modernizing and/or improving the economic performance of agricultural holdings located in Andalusia, or that contribute to the more efficient use of energy and available natural resources, for which there is a cost of reference in Annex V of the Call Order. Through the aid defined in operation 4.1.2 "Improvement of the performance and global sustainability of olive farms", those initiatives that contemplate investments in physical, material or intangible assets, aimed at modernizing and/or improving the economic performance of olive farms located in Andalusia, will be supported, or that contribute to the more efficient use of energy and available natural resources, for which there is a reference cost in Annex V of the convocation order.
