Official description of the call

I.-REGULATORY BASES The full text of the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the restoration of the Cofrade Heritage of the province of Córdoba, fiscal year 2024, are published on the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Córdoba (publications board). For what is not specifically regulated therein, the following must be taken into account: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), Base 26 of the 2024 Budget Execution of the Provincial Council of Córdoba and the Ordinance regulating subsidized activity, graduation criteria and sanctioning power in the matter of the Provincial Council of Córdoba (BOP). No. 29 of 02/12/2020). II.- TOTAL BUDGET AND BUDGET APPLICATION. In the Budget of the Provincial Council for the financial year 2024, there is credit for the granting of the subsidies referred to in this call of ¿200,000 (Two hundred thousand euros), which will be attributed to application 420 3361.789.01, called "Call for Cofrade Patrimony Restoration". III.- SCOPE. Projects developed by Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, and other religious entities, whose registered office is located in the province of Córdoba, will be partially subsidized, and can be carried out between the date of entry into force of the call and June 30, 2025. IV.- OBJECT AND PURPOSE. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, and other religious Entities for restoration projects of brotherhood movable heritage in the province of Córdoba: Painting, Sculpture, Goldsmithing, Jewelry, Textiles and Steps and/or Thrones. V. BENEFICIARIES AND REQUIREMENTS. 1.- Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods and other Religious Entities registered in the Registry of Religious Entities, in accordance with Royal Decree 594/2015, of July 3 and are canonically erected (Decree of Canonical Erection, according to the Code of Canon Law, in its canons 301, 312, 313 and 314), who have ownership, possession or are holders of other rights over movable property of the brotherhood patrimony of the province of Córdoba. 2.- For-profit entities may not have the status of beneficiary. 3.- Entities in which any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies apply, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. 4.- Requirements: those established in base 4.4 of the call. VI. AMOUNT AND PAYMENT. 80% of the total budget of the activity will be granted, without exceeding the maximum amount of 20,000 euros per request. The total amount of the call amounts to 200,000 euros. In no case may it be of such an amount that, in conjunction with other income, subsidies or aid from other Public Administrations or other public or private entities, it exceeds the cost of the activity to be carried out by the beneficiary. In order to facilitate the realization of the object of the subsidy, its payment will be made in advance, as it is considered necessary financing to carry out the actions inherent to the subsidy, as established in art. 34 of the LGS, with the limitations established therein and what is contemplated in the Execution Bases of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Córdoba for 2024; The constitution of guarantee will not be required. VII.- REQUESTS. PERIOD AND PLACE OF PRESENTATION. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba until September 10, 2024. The full text of the same will be published on the edict board of the electronic headquarters, for information purposes. Only one application may be submitted per entity. If any entity submits more than one application, the one submitted last will be taken into account, and the remaining ones will be considered inadmissible.
