FIRST.- OBJECT AND SCOPE.- The purpose of these rules is to regulate the regime and procedure applicable for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, promoted by the Delegation of Festivals and Traditions of the Córdoba City Council, in favor of associations, entities and non-profit citizen groups, that set up a booth at the Our Lady of Health Fair 2026 with the purpose of supporting the assembly of the Fair booth. The specific objectives of this call are: Promote the continuity of the Fair Casetas facilities by associations and groups of the city. Contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure of the Fair Booths. Promote the incorporation of new Booths to the Fairgrounds. Expenses related to the installation, assembly and disassembly of tents (structures and covers), the installation of public toilets in the booths, the installation of air conditioners, the installation, assembly and disassembly of floors and the installation or assembly of the enclosure of the facades of the booths at the Feria de Ntra. Sra. de la Salud 2026 will be eligible for subsidies, in accordance with the conditions established in the following bases. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES. 1.- All those associations, groups and non-profit entities that, being legally constituted, are registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities at the end of the application submission period, and that have installed Fair Booths during the celebration of the Our Lady of Health Fair 2026, whose award was made by Decree number 2026/05981 of April 10, in which the requirements established in this call are met, and must comply in all cases with the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Córdoba City Council and the provisions of Art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law. Those applications will be accepted in which associations and non-profit entities, during the processing of the procedure, have requested their registration in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Córdoba. 2.- Entities that meet any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies: Those that are in any of the exclusion cases for obtaining public aid referred to in article thirteen, sections a), b), c), d), f) and h) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Those who are not up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as provided for in articles eighteen and nineteen of the Subsidies Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006 of July twenty-first. Those who are not up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies under the terms of article twenty-one of the aforementioned Regulation. Those for which the subsidies previously granted have not been justified, provided that the period for justifying said subsidies has ended. Under no circumstances will Associations falling under the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 5 and 6 of article 4 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, Regulating the Right of Association, be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. Nor will those Associations whose administrative registration procedure has been suspended, due to rational indications of criminal illegality, in application of the provisions of article 30.4 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, be able to obtain the status of beneficiary, as long as no final resolution is issued, by virtue of which registration can be carried out in the Registry. Those that have been warned on more than two occasions by the Córdoba City Council for non-compliance with any of the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases of the 2026 Fair Booths, or with the specific regulations applicable to the booths (public safety, hygiene, accessibility, etc.) and have not corrected the non-compliance during the event. Those that have obtained financing through an agreement with any administration, sponsorship or/and collaborations with private entities for the same concept. Those that belong to political parties
