RESOLUTION of September 6, 2024, of the general director of the Institut Valencià de Cultura, by which subsidies are called for the production of audiovisual works in the Valencian Community, for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Object and purpose of the aid 1. Call for the granting of subsidies for the production of audiovisual works in the Valencian Community for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026, as a means of support and encouragement for audiovisual production within the jurisdiction of the Generalitat. 2. The granting of subsidies will be carried out under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with articles 163 and 164 of Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, of Public Finance, of the instrumental public sector and of subsidies. 3. The activities must take place between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2026, both inclusive. Second. Financing, distribution and amounts. 1. This call for aid is multi-year and will extend to the years 2024, 2025 and 2026. It will be financed with funds from section G0118, entity 016 INSTITUT VALENCIÀ DE CULTURA (IVC), subsidy line S1014 'Promotion and promotion of Valencian audiovisuals', chapter VII, for the amount of 7,000,000 euros, distributed for each annuity as follows: For the year 2024 an amount of €2,900,000, for the year 2025 an amount of €2,100,000 and for the year 2026 an amount of €2,000,000. The amounts for the years 2025 and 2026 will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding budget laws of the Generalitat, in accordance with the provisions of application of Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, on Public Finance, on the instrumental public sector and on subsidies. Third. Beneficiaries and requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary entity. 1. Natural or legal persons who are in the situation that bases the granting of the subsidy or in which the circumstances provided for in these regulatory bases occur and who meet the requirements established in the LGS, as well as in the RLGS and the LHIS, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Room. Submission of applications and deadline. 1. The deadline for submitting applications is ten business days from the day following the publication of this call in the DOGV. Failure to comply with the aforementioned deadline will result in the non-admission of the application. 2. All applications and documentation must be submitted electronically through the electronic registry accessible from the website, for which the entity or its representative must have any of the certificates or electronic signatures that this Quinto application supports. Justification and payment of aid 1. The beneficiary is obliged to present justification of compliance with the conditions imposed and achievement of the objectives set out in the act of granting the subsidy. The justification must be presented before November 30 of each fiscal year, in the form and conditions established in art. 13 of the Basic Order without prejudice to the fact that the deadline for submitting it may be extended ex officio or at the request of the interested party in accordance with article 70.1 of the General Subsidies Regulation.
