BDNS (identif.): 784750 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Purpose The purpose is to call for subsidies by 2024, on a competitive basis, to carry out activities in order to promote the improvement of health and safety conditions at work, especially in small businesses, through information actions, technical assistance, training and promotion of compliance with regulations on the prevention of occupational risks. Second. Financing Line Code Line name Amount S1632 Aid for carrying out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on occupational risk prevention” Fiscal year 2024: €995,487.80 Third party. Beneficiaries The entities referred to in article 5.1 of the regulatory bases may have the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy, including the organizations referred to in article 12 of Law 31/1995. Fourth. Submission of applications and accompanying documentation must be submitted electronically. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications will be one month, starting the day after the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV). TES/864/2023, of July 21, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for carrying out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks (BOE 176, 07/25/2023).
