Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. All those non-profit associations legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding Registry of the Autonomous Community that have their headquarters in the municipality of Ateca, that carry out eligible activities during the year 2024. Second.- Object The purpose of the call is to collaborate financially with the associations or non-profit entities of Ateca, with the purpose of encouraging participation by citizens in carrying out cultural activities and/or events that contribute to the achievement of a purpose of public utility or social interest. Third.- Regulatory bases. The call is made within the legal framework established by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, its implementing regulations (RD 887/2006, of July 21), and expressly on the Regulatory Bases that are determined in the General Subsidies Ordinance. Fourth.- Amount. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 75% of the budget of the activity, up to a maximum of €1,500.00. The granting of these subsidies is compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, although the amount thereof may in no case be the cost of the subsidized activity. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The full call will be published on the Ateca City Council website (http://www.aytoateca.es), in the electronic office (Ateca (http://www.ateca.sedelectronica.es), and on a notice board. The application form, as well as the rest of the standard forms to be completed by the applicant, will be available to interested parties on the Ateca City Council website.
