Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. All students registered in the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro, enrolled during the 2025-26 academic year at the IES Benjamín Jarnés, who meet all of the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: Be registered in the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro prior to 1-1-2026. Be enrolled during the 2025-26 academic year at the IES Benjamín Jarnés. Have all the subjects approved at the time of making the application and with a record with an average grade of at least 8. In the case of the PAU, an average grade in the mandatory phase of at least 8 will be required. Present the documentation established in article 5 of the rules of the call. Have no debts with the Fuentes de Ebro City Council. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Not being subject to any of the prohibition cases to be beneficiaries of subsidies established in the Regulations for the development of the General Subsidies Law. Second. Objective To encourage the quality and academic excellence of Fuentes students enrolled in any of the studies taken at the IES Benjamín Jarnés. The scholarships will reward, through a financial contribution, those who obtain the best score according to the criteria established in these rules. The scholarships are classified into four categories: PAU: 500 euros for the best grade in the mandatory phase of the PAU (University Access Test). Total: 1 scholarship. Baccalaureate: 400 euros for each of the two best students of each course (1st and 2nd) by study branches (Scientific-Technological and Humanities-Social Sciences). Total: 8 scholarships Vocational training: Intermediate level cycle: "Electromechanical maintenance": 400 euros for each of the two best students in each course (1st and 2nd). Total: 4 scholarships. Intermediate degree cycle “Administrative Management”: 400 euros for each of the two best students in each course (1st and 2nd). Total: 4 scholarships. Higher degree cycle "Automation and industrial robotics": 400 euros for each of the two best students in each course (2nd). Total: 2 scholarships. Higher degree cycle “Industrial Mechatronics” (1st). Total: 2 scholarships. Compulsory Secondary Education: 400 euros for each of the two best students in each course (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th). Total: 8 scholarships. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in Ordinance No. 49 General Subsidies, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an extraordinary session dated 05/11/2018. Room. Amount of aid. The maximum total amount foreseen for the subsidies called is €8,900, which will be charged to budget application 3260-78015 of the municipal Budget for the year 2026, approved by agreement of the Plenary Session dated December 1, 2025. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The requests will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or electronically through the electronic registry of the electronic headquarters of the Fuentes de Ebro City Council [http://fuentesdeebro.sedelectronica.es] until on July 31, 2026 (inclusive). The presentation of the application implies the acceptance of the granted subsidy, therefore it is not necessary to comply with the express acceptance process thereof. The application for the scholarship implies absolute acceptance, without reservations or limitations, of the established rules, as well as acceptance of the resolution adopted, which will be final. Sixth. Other data. Applications will be formulated in the standardized model that appears as Annex I of this call (which can also be accessed through the electronic headquarters and the website of the Fuentes de Ebro City Council - www.fuentesdeebro.es) and will be accompanied by the following documents: Photocopy of the D.N.I. Certificate of grades for the 2025-26 academic year issued by the Secretariat area of ​​the IES Benjamín Jarnés. In this sense, NO OTHER DOCUMENT, INCLUDING REPORT REPORTS, WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID. In the case of the PAU, candidates must submit an official document issued by the University with the grades obtained. Third party file (Annex II).
