Official description of the call
First.- The object of this call is the aid intended to finance the joint execution of rehabilitation works in buildings with predominantly residential use and homes, including single-family homes and the urbanization or redevelopment of public spaces within the Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environment (ERRP) of the municipality of Lorquí, for a maximum amount of 95,531.73 euros. Second.- Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, public or private, owners or usufructuaries of homes and the others indicated in article 7 of the regulatory bases may attend this call. Third.- Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the bases and call approved by the Agreement of the Local Government Board, of September 11, 2024, of the aid from the Lorquí City Council intended for the financing of Rehabilitation works in Buildings and Homes included in the ERRP of Lorquí. Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 calendar month from the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM, in accordance with what is indicated in article 13 of the Regulatory Bases. Fifth.- Form of presentation of applications. The application, duly completed, in the form and deadlines established in the call, must be presented in the General Registry of the Lorquí City Council or in any registry indicated in Law 39/2015 of October 1 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
